OUR HIRING PROCESS

What to expect

After receiving your application, we check to see if you are an interesting candidate to join our team. The hiring process varies depending on the position we’re looking to fill, but in general, we try to keep our hiring process as short as possible. These are the four phases of our recruitment process. 

Step 1

Initial Documents and skill test

The process starts when we receive your application. We ensure you have all the necessary documents; if not, we will contact you by email to request them. As soon as we have all the necessary information, we will send it to the experts for further evaluation.
 
If you’re applying for a position where highly specialized skills are required, you might be asked to complete a small skill test, too.

Step 2

FIRST IN-PERSON INTERVIEW

The first in-person job interview is typically an interview between you and Niki & Ulrich Grill (CEOs). We will ask questions about your experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications we are seeking from the optimal candidate for the job.

As we hire humans not suits, smart casual is totally fine for us. 

Step 3

SECOND INTERVIEW

A second interview will be a more in-depth interview with you. You may meet with management, team leaders, and other team members. Once you're scheduled for a second interview, you're most likely in serious contention for the job.
 

Step 4

JOB OFFER & HIRING

Once a top candidate is identified, we will extend an initial offer. The offer will include the position’s salary, benefits, paid time off, start date, and other terms and conditions of employment. Negotiations are likely to follow. After negotiations, once you accept the job offer, you are hired!
