As a client facing, full-time Business Producer in our Tokyo office, you will have the opportunity to build up a new business unit, utilize your network to generate new business, convert leads into clients, and proactively contribute to the company’s growth and expansion. You will be in charge of establishing client relations, managing projects, and planning and executing marketing initiatives. You will oversee projects across a wide range of areas, including brand and marketing strategy, corporate identity, campaigns, events, and communication. 

• Build and expand a new business unit focused on Japanese clients
• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into clients 
• Plan, manage, and execute projects, campaigns, and events 
• Develop business cases, manage timelines, and ensure effective control of project scope and costs 
• Oversee team outputs to ensure highest quality standards

• Experience in a creative agency or leading a team in a marketing department
• Proven sales experience with a track record of generating business and converting leads
• Entrepreneur mentality with the ability to build and scale teams
• Fluent in Japanese (business level) and proficient in English
• BSc. (preferably MSc.) in business, marketing, communication, or a related field 
• Strong passion for identifying and leveraging the latest marketing trends
• Experience in leading small teams
• Strong project management and marketing skills
• Proficiency in AI tools
• Nice to have: International experience in a global company or working abroad

• Business-level Japanese (BJT J1 or J1+ or native).
• Proficiency in English (minimum TOEIC 850).

• Full-time position with office attendance required. Hybrid models are negotiable.
