YOU…

  • are an experienced video creator and editor with a strong eye for storytelling and visual quality
  • bring solid experience in high-end video production, from capturing compelling footage to crafting refined edits and color grades
  • are comfortable working in outdoor and action environments, producing dynamic content in real-world conditions
  • also feel at home in studio environments, with experience in lighting setups, audio recording and interview situations
  • are highly skilled in post-production, using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve to create polished results
  • understand how to adapt video assets for different social media platforms
  • are familiar with AI-assisted content workflows and prompting tools that enhance production and editing processes
  • ideally bring experience in motion design / motion graphics
  • work precisely and professionally, with a strong attention to detail
  • thrive under deadlines, manage multiple projects, and contribute creative ideas and problem-solving skills
  • will showcase your skills using industry-leading equipment from Sony, Leica, and Blackmagic
  • speak and write excellent English (German or other languages are a plus)
  • are interested in a full-time, in-house position in Fuschl am See, Austria

AND WILL…

  • manage the full video production workflow — from shooting to editing, color grading and sound design
  • produce high-quality content for international campaigns, social media channels and major projects such as Red Bull X-Alps and The Illume
  • develop creative video concepts aligned with brand and campaign goals
  • collaborate with creative teams to deliver engaging visual storytelling across platforms
  • integrate AI tools into the production process to improve efficiency and creative output
  • create motion graphics and motion design elements that enhance video storytelling
