as the person responsible for all topics related to information and communication technology
with excellent German and English skills
with several years of professional experience in IT
with great attention to detail and accuracy (e.g. for archiving tasks, migrations, and documentation)
flexible, organized, and solution-oriented
a communicative, resilient personality
friendliness and professionalism are part of your character, and you're a true team player.
with a keen sense for your colleagues’ needs
motivated, proactive, and happy to contribute your own ideas
with solid knowledge of macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android operating systems, as well as experience with network technologies
you are confident in managing the following systems:
- the above-mentioned operating systems (our client computers are Apple devices)
- embedded systems such as NAS, switches, WLAN, firewalls, telephone systems
- software and software services, for example: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud

together with your team, ensure smooth operations and handle all ICT matters and requests
install, set up, test, and commission new hardware
provide 1st and 2nd level support by phone, and on-site when needed
archive various types of data
conduct online research for new or alternative products and services
take on project responsibility and implementation for new hardware
continuously monitor server and network hardware, manage backups, and troubleshoot when necessary
communicate with suppliers and the ICT departments of our clients and partners
assist in the implementation of GDPR regulations
update internal documentation
