YOU…

  • are looking for a mandatory internship as part of your studies (minimum 4–6 months)
  • are currently enrolled in an active study program (e.g. communications, business, design, media, or a related field)
  • have a strong interest in creative work environments, including content creation, design, communication, events, or project management
  • are a highly organized and reliable individual with attention to detail
  • enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic, international team
  • are proactive, curious, and eager to learn new tools, workflows, and digital solutions (including AI)
  • have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • are fluent in both written and spoken English and German
  • bring a friendly, professional attitude and a hands-on mindset
  • ideally have gained some first practical experience through internships, projects, or personal work

AND WILL …

  • support one of our core teams in daily tasks and ongoing projects
  • gain hands-on experience across different stages of creative and operational workflows
  • contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, campaigns, or events
  • assist in the creation of content, presentations, and communication materials
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processes and strong outcomes
  • take part in team meetings, workshops, and project reviews
  • gain valuable insights into the fast-paced world of an international creative agency
