• are fluent in German and English
• have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in project or account management, ideally in an agency environment
• are confident working with international clients and partners
• are organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple projects
• understand creative and digital workflows and have a good eye for design
• are confident managing project budgets, costs, and profitability
• have experience using AI tools and are keen to explore their potential in agency life
