Have several years of hands-on experience in social media management
Bring strong content creation skills — especially in photo and video, with a focus on mobile-first production
Have a deep understanding of youth culture, lifestyle trends, adventure sports, and imaging
Are familiar with all major social media platforms — from YouTube and Instagram to TikTok and emerging channels
Possess relevant experience in online marketing and digital communications
Enjoy analyzing media performance data to optimize content and strategy
Are fluent in spoken and written English (German is a plus)
Thrive in a collaborative team environment

and Will ...

Manage and monitor social media channels for select projects
Develop content strategies, creative concepts, and communication plans for action sports, photography, and lifestyle projects — including Red Bull X-Alps, The Illume, and COOPH
Identify and establish social media collaborations with photographers, athletes, influencers, and lifestyle brands within the adventure, imaging, lifestyle and food&beverage industries
Set, track, and deliver on both qualitative and quantitative KPIs
Stay ahead of emerging trends and report on new developments in digital and social media
