YOU…
- would join as a Junior System Administrator to support our IT team in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
- work accurately and carefully, for example when handling documentation, archiving, or simple migrations.
- are a communicative and reliable person who enjoys working in a team.
- demonstrate friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism in everything you do.
- are interested in managing IT systems and want to further develop your knowledge, for example in the following areas:
- Operating systems (our client computers are Apple devices)
- Embedded systems such as NAS, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, or telephony systems
- Software and cloud services such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Adobe Creative Cloud
- have good German and English language skills.
- have initial practical experience
- work in an organized, solution-oriented, and proactive manner and are eager to learn.
- have a strong sense for your colleagues’ needs.
- are motivated, proactive, and enjoy learning new things while contributing your own ideas.
- have basic knowledge of macOS, iOS, Windows, and/or Android as well as an interest in network technologies are considered an advantage.
AND WILL…
- Support the team in ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related matters and requests.
- Install, configure, test, and deploy new hardware.
- Provide 1st-level support.
- Assist in 2nd-level support together with experienced colleagues.
- Archive and maintain various data sets.
- Research new or alternative products and services.
- Support IT projects, for example during the introduction of new hardware or software.
- Assist in monitoring server, network, and backup systems.
- Communicate with suppliers as well as internal and external IT contacts.
- Support the implementation of GDPR requirements.
- Maintain and update internal IT documentation

Join us for several months as part of your studies and learn on the job working in one of the teams. It could be in design, events or communications. It’s a great chance to gain valuable experience.
JUNIOR
Your first step on the career ladder! This is the entry position for graduates looking to get started. You’ll be working on big projects right from the start and learning fast as you progress.
PRO
This is where the magic happens. You could be an account manager, graphic designer, videographer. You already have some experience and now you’re working directly with our global sports, lifestyle and photography clients.
SENIOR
You’re a great motivator and thrive on taking the lead, driving projects through from concept to completion, giving direction and sharing knowledge, while developing your own experience.
LEAD
Now is the time to help shape creative and strategic vision, for example as Art Director, Head of Communications or Content Creation. You’re already an experienced leader, full of ideas and ready to take on full responsibility.
TEAM LEAD
The most senior leadership role – you’ll be working directly with the CEO, leading and managing a department and working on budgets, planning, strategy development, business opportunities and human resources.
