- bring several years of experience in leading digital teams and managing complex flagship projects, ideally in an agency or marketing environment
- have solid expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce and social media - from performance campaigns and content strategies to SEO/SEA
- are a strategically minded project leader who spots digital trends, evaluates them and translates them into future-ready concepts
- possess excellent leadership skills, inspiring teams, developing talent and fostering a productive, solution-oriented work culture
- are confident with the technical side of digital production - from CMS platforms and analytics tools to marketing automation systems - and know how to integrate them effectively into projects
- have experience in stakeholder management and building long-term client relationships

- take strategic and operational responsibility for digital projects and campaigns, such as Red Bull X-Alps, The Illume, COOPH,… - from the first idea to roll-out with a high proportion of hands-on work
- further develop the company’s digital strategy, evaluate and implement new tools and technologies
- optimize internal workflows to ensure the efficiency and profitability of the digital team
- consult, inspire and convince clients with innovative, performance-driven solutions
- analyze market trends and competitive developments to identify new business opportunities
- work closely with other team leaders, the CEO, COO of the Japanese Zooom team and account managers to deliver integrated and brand-strong campaigns
- oversee the technical implementation of digital solutions, ensuring seamless integration of platforms, tools and tracking systems

JUNIOR
Your first step on the career ladder! This is the entry position for graduates looking to get started. You’ll be working on big projects right from the start and learning fast as you progress.
PRO
This is where the magic happens. You could be an account manager, graphic designer, videographer. You already have some experience and now you’re working directly with our global sports, lifestyle and photography clients.
SENIOR
You’re a great motivator and thrive on taking the lead, driving projects through from concept to completion, giving direction and sharing knowledge, while developing your own experience.
LEAD
Now is the time to help shape creative and strategic vision, for example as Art Director, Head of Communications or Content Creation. You’re already an experienced leader, full of ideas and ready to take on full responsibility.
TEAM LEAD
The most senior leadership role – you’ll be working directly with the CEO, leading and managing a department and working on budgets, planning, strategy development, business opportunities and human resources.
