YOU…
- are an experienced video creator and editor with a strong eye for storytelling and visual quality
- bring solid experience in high-end video production, from capturing compelling footage to crafting refined edits and color grades
- are comfortable working in outdoor and action environments, producing dynamic content in real-world conditions
- also feel at home in studio environments, with experience in lighting setups, audio recording and interview situations
- are highly skilled in post-production, using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve to create polished results
- understand how to adapt video assets for different social media platforms
- are familiar with AI-assisted content workflows and prompting tools that enhance production and editing processes
- ideally bring experience in motion design / motion graphics
- work precisely and professionally, with a strong attention to detail
- thrive under deadlines, manage multiple projects, and contribute creative ideas and problem-solving skills
- will showcase your skills using industry-leading equipment from Sony, Leica, and Blackmagic
- speak and write excellent English (German or other languages are a plus)
- are interested in a full-time, in-house position in Fuschl am See, Austria
AND WILL…
- manage the full video production workflow — from shooting to editing, color grading and sound design
- produce high-quality content for international campaigns, social media channels and major projects such as Red Bull X-Alps and The Illume
- develop creative video concepts aligned with brand and campaign goals
- collaborate with creative teams to deliver engaging visual storytelling across platforms
- integrate AI tools into the production process to improve efficiency and creative output
- create motion graphics and motion design elements that enhance video storytelling

INTERNSHIP
Join us for several months as part of your studies and learn on the job working in one of the teams. It could be in design, events or communications. It’s a great chance to gain valuable experience.
JUNIOR
Your first step on the career ladder! This is the entry position for graduates looking to get started. You’ll be working on big projects right from the start and learning fast as you progress.
PRO
This is where the magic happens. You could be an account manager, graphic designer, videographer. You already have some experience and now you’re working directly with our global sports, lifestyle and photography clients.
SENIOR
You’re a great motivator and thrive on taking the lead, driving projects through from concept to completion, giving direction and sharing knowledge, while developing your own experience.
LEAD
Now is the time to help shape creative and strategic vision, for example as Art Director, Head of Communications or Content Creation. You’re already an experienced leader, full of ideas and ready to take on full responsibility.
TEAM LEAD
The most senior leadership role – you’ll be working directly with the CEO, leading and managing a department and working on budgets, planning, strategy development, business opportunities and human resources.
